Hi everyone, Douglas says he'll blog about this tomorrow, but wanted to let everyone know that we spent the day in the Emergency Room due to his severe abdominal pain on the left hand side. If you watch "House", it was totally like that - we started out with one doctor thinking it might be a hernia, went to the ER where the Dr. said probably diverticulitis, and then after a CT scan, it turned out to be epiploic appendigitis. Douglas will explain more tomorrow, but for now, know that he's on antibiotics and painkillers and we have a follow up appointment with a General Surgeon tomorrow to confirm that he does not need surgery.

p.s. The Urgent Care place at Avery Ranch and Parmer Lane is a very good place to go if you get sick on the weekend. They were super nice and fast!
