Sea World, Easter, and a visit with my GG

Hey there - here are the promised pics from Sea World. The first thing we did was the Ski Show. Here's a pic of some skiiers and then me and Grammy watching the show.
Then it was time for Shamu - Mommy is trying something new here, it's a slide show. I really hope it works.

We visited the Lorikeets, which are these parrot-like birds. Mommy stayed outside the gates to take pictures and Daddy and Grammy and I went inside. Daddy held the food and the birds flew all around us and landed on us. It was really cool!

We also visited the Penguins.

This is us watching the penguins, and me saying "Cheeeeeeeese" to Mommy...And we also visited the Sharks and Rays. This is Mr. Ray from Nemo :-)The last thing we did was the Dolphin Show. Let's try another slide show.

Here we are on our way to the Gift Shop and then home. It was a really fun day!!

This is a funny face I started making while Grammy was visiting. I'm not sure where it came from, but I sure like to do it.
Here are some more pics from Easter. We did an egg hunt in the backyard.

The week before Easter, Mommy, Nana, Pops, and I went to visit GG. We had a great time! One of my favorite things was her backyard. She has pretty flowers and a stone cat that I was fascinated with!
Here are some more pics from our time with GG. My Aunt Linda came over, too. GG let me play with her really cool cats and we played games and read books. It was really fun to see them. Here's a slideshow of some pics.

Hoppy Easter, my new friend Shamu, and visit to Huntsville

Hello everyone - Darin here. Well, I'm going to do something that I really hate to do, but it's been so long since we posted that we're going to jump around chronologically. So check back in a few days for some more pictures from Easter weekend.

Hey there - Kinsey's taking over again :) Right now, Mommy and Daddy and I are in Huntsville visiting Obi and CC. We are having so much fun!!! Last night we went to a parade for the rodeo here. It was pretty cool. Here's us watching the parade...And here's me and Obi...He let me sit on his shoulders and wave at the firetrucks!I was pretty impressed with the people throwing candy and we got to see a few horses, too! Then today we went to the Huntsville State Park and Aunt Crystal and Cousin Hailey met us out there. We went on wagon rides...and we played in the trees and the grass with Obi and CC...and then Obi took us to teach us to spit in the water. I think he really needs a grandson :)And of course we took time to eat! and Hailey and I got to play with Daddy a little bit...I love my cousin Hailey!!!Then it was time to go home and nap for a little bit. I had a good time telling my night-night friends about our time at the park. Mommy said she heard me telling them about the playground. So then tonight we met back up at the rodeo. Here we are walking in...Then we hitched a ride on a hayride...While we waited for Uncle Brian and Aunt Crystal and Hailey, I practiced driving the tractors!Obi and CC bought me a purple cowboy hat!!!!I was really impressed with how authentic I looked! And I really think I was a much better tractor driver with the hat on!Then Hailey got there and they got her a pink cowboy hat!!! Of course we took time to eat. I really love corn on the cob so I took the opportunity to chow down!! We saw some cows and Hailey and I "moo-ed" at them. Then it was time to hit the carnival. I LOVE the carousel and I was so excited to get on! Uncle Brian and Hailey were on right behind me and Daddy.
Then later Obi took me on a ride again. He is so silly. Daddy stood on the side and made me laugh every time we came by!

And Daddy and I had a great time looking at the other rides and bright lights!
And then on our way out, Daddy got me some cotton candy. I have never had it before, but he got some and it was purple just like my outfit and my hat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So tomorrow we are going to hang out some more and we will post again later!!!
So now let's go back in time. Last week, on Good Friday, Grammy came down to visit and took us to Sea World. Mommy and Daddy had been telling me about Shamu for a while and I couldn't wait to meet him!!! Mommy doesn't have very many pictures on Daddy's laptop here, so she'll have to post some more in a few days.

On our way to San Antonio, we stopped at Einsteins Bagels - I loved my bagel and schmear :)While at Sea World, in between shows, we took some time to visit Dolphin Cove. I couldn't believe that the dolphins were so close!! One of my favorite modes of transportation around the park...
And I also enjoyed being shuttled in my carriage...But there was plenty of walking, too.
Here I am at the Shamu show - I was really patient even though we had to get to every show over 45 minutes early just to get a seat. Did I mention it was San Antonio's Spring Break???

And the last thing we did of the day was check out the Busch Clydesdales. They were HUGE and really beautiful.
Ok, I know that's not near enough pictures - I promise to post some more next week when we're home and Mommy has her laptop.
I had a blast at Sea World, but the fun didn't end there!! Easter was a super fun weekend!

On Saturday night, Mommy and Daddy went to church for a special service. Grammy and I dyed eggs. It was fun to bang them together when they were pretty colors :). Here I am showing off one of our creations.
Then on Sunday morning, Mommy and Grammy got me up and we played some more with the eggs.
And then Mommy dressed me in my fun Easter dress. I had a good time spinning around in it. Mommy says it's getting harder and harder to take my picture these days. I'm so busy that most of the time I am not looking AND smiling at the same time :-).Then me and Grammy read a story about me being a Big Sister - I love this book! It helps me think of fun things I will do with baby Taggart! It was almost time to go to church, and we squeezed in one last picture of me and Mommy together. Here's me saying "cheeeeeeese"

After church we did an egg hunt in our backyard. Those pics are on Mommy's laptop as well, so you'll have to wait to see my egg-hunting skills!

Have a great weekend everyone!
