Apparently the coming of Spring means a whole new wardrobe. This is an outfit my cousin Hailey got me for Christmas. Mom calls them capri pants. 
And here's me in another Spring outfit that Mommy got on sale at Target this winter. 
Can you tell I'm standing and trying to walk a lot more? I'm not quite ready to let go and do it on my own yet, but it's really fun to practice!!! Ok, so did you know I have the most crazy-fun Daddy in the world? Not only does he make me laugh and play silly games with me and teach me about bubbles, but he lets me play with messy food and get it ALL over the place!!! First he fed me my new favorite food, pasta, and I got to make a big mess on the highchair tray, and THEN he fed me blueberry yogurt and let me fingerpaint with it!
And then he let me practice using a spoon to eat...
and to paint with...
It was one of the greatest meals ever!!! 
Daddy took me straight to the bath and Mommy said she had to go yell at my dress - oops, "Shout" my dress, whatever that means. 
So tonight I discovered a new food that I love! Tomatoes are really yummy! I ate almost a whole Roma Tomato tonight and Mommy and Daddy were very impressed. I also had some meatballs and they were good also. 
Well, I'm off to bed now - tomorrow is Daddy's day off and we get to hang out all day!!! I can't wait!
Once we got some of the paper off, I could tell it was a really cool, bright-colored box and that is like my very favorite present! 
And then we got it out and I realized there was something inside the box - that's like 2 presents! It's called a Weeblalot Castle and there are these weeble-wobbles and they can slide down the big slide and ride around in a boat in the moat and it sings and there's a drawbridge that lowers and wow it's awesome!!! 
Of course, I wasn't done playing with the box!!! 
We had a really fun visit with them. They also brought me some great clothes - I'll have to model those soon! And then Thursday afternoon my Uncle Robert came to visit. Unfortunately I've been a little cranky because I've got some teeth coming in :(. And then this morning (Friday), our friends from Waxahachie, the Johnsons came to visit. My goofy parents didn't take any pictures of us, but we hung out for a while.
And then we took our bread over and fed them...
And then I was like, "Umm, Daddy, that looks a lot like my favorite snack - toast! I've got to try some of that!!"
Hi there - we hope you enjoyed the birthday pics - we had a good time with her and that cake! Luckily it didn't seem to spoil her appetite, she's back to asparagus and beans and tofu again :). Here she is chowing on a new favorite - whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce. Mmmm...
So that's the front yard. In the backyard, we have a hammock set up and Kinsey and Daddy had some fun...
Pray for good weather - it's been rainy for the last few days and Kinsey literally stands looking out the window into the backyard and pitifully looks at us and begs "Sigh???". She doesn't understand "wet" yet :(. Here she is getting ready for sunny days to come...
They had a Daddy/Kinsey day earlier this week and Daddy couldn't resist these sandals at Target:

Well we didn't get to have an official party, but we still wanted Kinsey to get to enjoy some cake so we used Douglas' Grandmother's Carrot Cake recipe and decorated with some baby carrots. Scroll down to the bottom of this post for video links. 
And then she really started digging in and enjoying it. I guess the true sign is when it gets in the hair :)
Kinsey is usually a total health nut - her favorite food is tofu and she loves veggies, so it wasn't a big surprise when she picked up one of the carrots and started munching :).
