Hi there - we hope you enjoyed the birthday pics - we had a good time with her and that cake! Luckily it didn't seem to spoil her appetite, she's back to asparagus and beans and tofu again :). Here she is chowing on a new favorite - whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce. Mmmm...

So here are a few pics of Kinsey around the house this past weekend - we have some really pretty hot pink flowers in the front yard and since outside ("SIGH!" in Kinsey speak) is her favorite place to be, it was only fitting that we take some pics of her in the outdoors. Please take note of the hairclip. Our good friend Marni White in Midlothian sent her these beautiful barrettes and she finally has enough hair to hold them!

Pray for good weather - it's been rainy for the last few days and Kinsey literally stands looking out the window into the backyard and pitifully looks at us and begs "Sigh???". She doesn't understand "wet" yet :(. Here she is getting ready for sunny days to come...
They had a Daddy/Kinsey day earlier this week and Daddy couldn't resist these sandals at Target:
But Kinsey wasn't the only family member he spoiled. Douglas picked up a refillable catnip cat and Bullet went insane - look at his teeth!!!

How cute, I am glad she has hair now for the clippies, although, that too is going to be one of those things that you hoped for and come to wish that it never happened! You know, like crawling and walking, eventually, you will have a day when you say, oh my word, why did I ever want you to have this much hair? It will be one of those days when there is nothing but tangles and you cannot run a brush through it, or when you are running 30 minutes late for an event and have to get her to sit still to put her hair up, you know, one of those days! But I am glad she can wear them now, I will have to get a move on!
