Ok, I know you are probably getting sick of the Padre pics - sorting through these is giving me carpal tunnel! But there are some awfully cute ones in this batch. Friday dawned ANOTHER rainy day. Daddy was making his famous "beach trip banana pudding" and needed a helper :)
After the pudding, we decided we needed to get out of the condo for a while. Turns out there's a SeaLife Center just over the bridge. We headed over there with the kiddos and had some fun checking out the aquariums. We found Nemo!
And whatever this is - mostly I just thought Tag's outfit was really cool.

Kinsey had been wanting to get in this shark's mouth since Day One on the island :)
We came back and wasted no time headed down to the beach.

The dunes held a fascination for both kids. I can't remember if Kinsey was pretending to be a penguin or some other animal that slides but they had a blast.
That night, Douglas and Kinsey finally went crab hunting. Armed with a net and a bucket my fearless daughter picked up the crabs and put them in the net and then in the bucket. She was so proud to show off her bounty!
