SweetBerry Farms

In late October we went with the Kedroskis to Marble Falls to SweetBerry Farms. Some of you may recall this pic from October of 2007 when we took Kinsey there to see the pumpkins. I can't believe how much time has passed!! Anyway, as you can tell, there weren't many people there back in Oct 2007. But in Oct 2009, on a Sunday afternoon, ALL OF CENTRAL TEXAS was there with us! Including bees! But I'll get to that in a minute. We started with the goats. They were a huge hit. Then we moved on to donkeys and horses. While walking over there, Douglas got stung on the back by a bee. It flew up the back of his shirt and left a nasty stinger. But he was a trooper and we fought the crowds to see the rest of the farm animals.
Then it was off to some fun on the hay bales! You should've seen 4 adults trying to make sure the bookends didn't fall off!Kinsey has this habit of kissing Owen...
So then on our way to the maze, a bee stung me on the finger and that was pretty much it for the fun day at the Farm! It's a fun place, but not so much on the weekend. Tag's face pretty much summed it up for me, too...
