Hi everyone Blogging has been on the back burner as Tag has been battling not feeling good for the last two weeks on and off, mostly on. Today he was diagnosed with an ear infection after a particularly awful night so we are hoping these antibiotics will do the trick. So let's catch up on the last few weeks...

We went to Huntsville last week to meet our new precious nephew Walker. He's such a sweetheart and already growing really fast. Of course the girls had a great time together - here they are playing dress-up...And doing a little driving around the backyard...Tag found ways to entertain himself while they played - he's such a guy, already loves the remote!
Tag got some playtime with Obi of course
While we were there we got to see Obi and CC's new lakehouse. The fishing was a big hit.
Here are Obi and CC watching the action from the porch. We had a great visit and can't wait to go back and help them get settled.

On the homefront...
This cracked us up the other night - Tag sitting up in his swing. He's such a big boy now.
This past week we stayed with the McBride kids so Mom and Dad could go on a date and the kids had a great time together. Here are Emma and Kinsey in their princess clothes:

The kids have been having lots of fun lately wrestling with Daddy. Last week we had an awesome time celebrating Valentine's day with some friends from church at Chuck E Cheese. It was our first time there with Kinsey and she is already a big fan. When the animatronic "Chuck" started singing she told me that he was her new "very best friend" :)
Here's our sweet friend Bobbie holding her granddaughter Brynlee and TagAnd here are Tag and Brynlee catching up. Tag was pretty interested in Brynlee's bow :)

Grammy came to visit a couple of weeks ago and we had a great time hanging out with her and my high school friends Molly, Kim, and Tami and their precious kiddos at the inflatable playplace. Here's a slide show of the bruise-inducing fun :)

Here are some shots from a recent walk & some fun at the park:A few Kinsey'isms to share:
- When we are at WalMart "Mommy I just need to get a few things today" and on the way home "Mommy I want to run a few more errands."
-Every morning "Mommy I just want to leave my nightgown on for lots more times"
-Today she was watching Backyardigans and said "Mommy, if I was in this movie, I would really miss you!"
- While watching Diego, I said, "why is Diego out in a rainstorm?" and she replied "Oh Mommy, Diego has on a raincoat. Nothing to worry about."
- We're trying to teach Kinsey about Jesus in language that she can relate to. So she knows about consequences for misbehaving and we've told her that Jesus came to earth so that he could take our consequences for disobeying God. The other day she was kicking me under the table with some dressy shoes and didn't want to obey when I told her to stop, so I made her take them off as a consequence. So she told me that the next day she could get them back because "Jesus will come tomorrow and take my consequences."
- There is a really funny Veggie Tales song about homophones (weather/whether, towed/toad, etc) and Kinsey loves it. Recently she got a book about homophones as well. Yesterday in the bathtub I was explaining to her that we have to be patient because Tag doesn't know what "No" means and she got this look on her face (where you can see the brain wheels turning) and said excitedly "Mommy! Know and No are homophones!!!"
